
Elvan Aygün Anbar, born in Malatya on January 30, 1992, began her university education in the Department of Psychology at Işık University. She later graduated from the Department of International Trade at Hasan Kalyoncu University and completed her Master’s degree in Marketing at Gaziantep University.
She started her professional career at Sanko Holding and continues her work in the energy sector. She currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at AHA Teknoloji A.Ş and AHA Robotik, companies that manufacture Energy Storage Systems, Active Harmonic Filters, STATCOM, and SVG.
She has developed expertise in the integration of renewable energy sources into the grid, energy storage, and the production of power electronics equipment.
Elvan Aygün Anbar, who has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Energy Industrialists and Business Association since November 2022, has assumed the position of Chair of the Board as of November 2025.

Born in Munich, Germany, in 1969, Tibet Arbak completed his elementary and middle school education in İzmir-Karşıyaka and graduated from İzmir Motor Technical Vocational High School. Arbak graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Yıldız Technical University in Kocaeli, and spent a year studying German at the Göhte Institute in Vienna.
Tibet Arbak began his professional career at the family-owned company Tibet Makine; he currently serves as a Founding Partner of Arbak A.Ş., a Founding Partner of Tibex Foreign Trade Company, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Arbak Group, and CEO of Tibet Makine A.Ş. Between 2002 and 2004, Arbak served as a Board Member at OSB Sectoral Foreign Trade, a company where he was a Founding Partner, and has held active roles in numerous civil society organizations. As a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) since 1996, he served as Vice President in 2000 and Vice President for Education in 2001. In 2001, Arbak earned a diploma in “Training of Trainers” from the Junior Chamber International Sweden Academy. He served as President of JCI Izmir in 2002 and as President of JCI Turkey from 2003 to 2004.

Born in Malatya in 1985, Murat Çekirdek graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University in 2011. During his undergraduate studies, Çekirdek spent six months studying at the University of Florence in Italy through a student exchange program. He earned his master’s degree in the Energy Division of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University in 2016.
Murat Çekirdek, who has been working in the renewable energy sector since 2011, currently serves as Managing Partner at XGEN Energy, a company active in the wind and solar energy sectors.

Born in Izmir in 1980, Onur Günduru graduated with honors from the Computer Engineering department of Izmir Institute of Technology in 2002. He began his professional life by selling his graduation thesis; in 2005, he graduated from Boğaziçi University's Engineering and Technology Management Master's program, taking various courses in energy, nanotechnology, and biotechnology. He served on the management board of the Izmir Branch of the Chamber of Electrical Engineers and participated in the establishment process of the Chamber of Computer Engineers. His career includes: • Industrial/building energy management and building survey project expertise under the General Directorate of Renewable Energy's EVD License; • Partnership in the BRICKER project, supported under the EU 7th Framework Programme, aiming to achieve 50% energy efficiency in public buildings; • Energy consultancy and finance sector training for GGF TAF - FiM energy and impact funds; • Consultancy for UNIDO ISO50001 Energy Management System and Lead Auditor for IEnMP ISO50001; • Graduation from ICP (Investor Confidence Project), developed to give investment grade ratings to energy efficiency projects. • Onur Günduru, who holds a consultancy position at the General Directorate of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and the Turkish Energy Efficiency Portal, has completed more than 50 projects since 2010 in the fields of energy management, energy audits, establishment and auditing of energy management systems, and validation of energy projects. As the Technical Manager of Onur Enerji, a company that participates in the fight against climate change by developing projects in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy, Onur Günduru has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Energy Management Association since 2014. Since 2016, he has also served as a Board Member of the Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association, which he co-founded and focuses on the Turkish Clean Energy Cluster initiative. Günduru participates in numerous university events as a speaker, consultant, and mentor in related projects on topics such as energy, low-carbon economy, entrepreneurship, and next-generation technologies.

Erman Kaya, a graduate of the National Technical University of Ukraine, Muğla University's Electrical/Electronic Maintenance and Repair Technology department, and Anadolu University's Business Administration department, became acquainted with the wind energy sector in 2008 as a Project Coordinator at ABK Enerji A.Ş. Developing wind energy projects in six different regions of Turkey, Kaya commissioned the following projects: Söke Wind Power Plant (30 MW) in 2009, CSP solar panel R&D activities in 2010, Kuşadası Geothermal tourism activities in 2012, Çanakkale Geothermal Greenhouse project in 2013, and Çeşme Wind Power Plant (16 MW) in 2015. Erman Kaya, who has served as a Board Member of AER Alternative Energy Electricity Generation Inc. since 2011, Chairman of the Board of Seka Tourism Investments since 2016, and a Board Member of EGEJEO Thermal Energy Inc. since 2017, has been the General Manager of VEGA Wind Energy Electricity Generation Inc. since 2019. Erman Kaya, who also served as the Chairman of the Board of the Environmental Energy Association between 2016 and 2019, has made significant contributions to the legislative development of the renewable energy sector.

Born in Tekirdağ in 1991, Kardelen Vatansever Gökgöz completed her primary and secondary education at İzmir Private Turkish College and her high school education at İzmir 60th Anniversary Anatolian High School. She graduated from the Department of Architecture at Istanbul Kültür University and subsequently completed her master's degree with a thesis in "Project and Construction Management" at Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture.
Vatansever began her professional career in Istanbul, working for 7 years in international companies and private projects in project and construction management. She joined EMA Energy Industry Machinery Construction Inc., her family company, in 2019.
Since 2019, she has worked in the Strategic Planning and Quality unit and currently serves as the Technical Affairs Coordinator, continuing her work with a "360-Degree Investment Management" perspective to attract international investments to Turkey.

Yenilenebilir enerji alanındaki çalışmalarını Danimarka’da bulunan Aalborg Üniversitesi Elektrik Mühendisliği Bölümü'nde sürdüren Ömer Koç, Hacettepe Üniversitesi İşletme Bölümü’nde yüksek lisansını tamamladı.
İş hayatına elektrik dağıtım ve akıllı şebekeler alanında başlayan Koç; güneş enerji santrallerinin şebeke entegrasyonu ve güç sistemlerinde koruma üzerine yurtiçi ve yurtdışı birçok projede yer aldı.
Güneş enerjisi alanında yatırım ve mühendislik hizmeti veren İzmir merkezli OzEnergy A.Ş. ve Hamburg merkezli Teos Energy GmbH şirketlerinin kurucu ortağı olan Ömer Koç, çalışmalarına Türkiye ve Avrupa’da bulunan yenilenebilir enerji alanındaki gelişen teknolojilerde devam ediyor.
İzmir Ticaret Odası Temiz Enerji Çalışma Komitesi üyeliği ve Enerji Sanayi ve İş İnsanları Derneği’nde (ENSİA) Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği görevini sürdürmekte olan Koç, amatör olarak butik zeytinyağı üretimi ile ilgileniyor.



Born in Kayseri in 1970, Hüseyin Devrim completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in his hometown of İzmir-Tire, and graduated from METU (Middle East Technical University) Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering in 1992. He founded TEKSİS Advanced Technologies in 2007 to utilize his global experience and expertise in the sector for the commercial development and production of hydrogen energy and fuel cell systems. Having led numerous national and international R&D and product development projects, Hüseyin Devrim has forged significant collaborations with universities, partners, and subcontractors in all completed and ongoing projects. Sharing his experience and achievements with the global public through international fairs, congresses, and seminars, as well as written and visual interviews and scientific publications, Devrim continues his work towards the development, production, and widespread adoption of critical products in the hydrogen value chain in Turkey. Hüseyin Devrim, who is a member of the TSE Hydrogen Technologies Mirror Committee, a member of the METU Technopark Defense Industry Cluster, a member of the ITU Energy Institute Advisory Board, and a member of the Eskişehir Technical University Civil Aviation Research and Application Center Advisory Board, serves as a Board Member, Responsible Member of the Hydrogen Working Group, and Ankara Representative within ENSİA. Fluent in English, Hüseyin Devrim is married and has one child.
